5 Minute Basic Low Back Pain

This video is a basic 5 minute low back pain mobility exercise routing. If you have leg numbness, tingling, or muscle weakness see your Physician prior to participating. This video encompasses the exercises I personally use for degenerative changes, soreness, and pain. This pain can be caused by daily life, degenerative changes, prolonged positions, travelling etc.
